1. Scope
This policy explains how TONIQ Insights, a trade name of Base 3 Group, LLC ("TONIQ," "we," "us"), handles personal information collected through the TONIQ Insights website and its demo request form (the "Site").
This policy does not cover the TONIQ Insights survey platform. Survey responses are collected with software from Emovid Corporation. They are governed by Emovid's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and by any terms the business running the survey adds.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the demo request form, you provide your name, work email, company, number of locations, and any text you enter in the message box. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message box.
Information collected automatically. Google Analytics collects usage information about your visit, such as pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you reached the Site. The Site may load fonts from Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts. When it does, that provider receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
3. How we use information
We use the information you give us to review your demo request and to contact you by email about it. We use analytics data to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. We may also use information to protect the Site, enforce our terms, and comply with the law.
We do not send automated email campaigns, and we do not keep a mailing list. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
4. Who we share information with
These service providers operate parts of the Site and receive information as shown:

Emovid. We may share demo request details with Emovid Corporation, our technology partner, for example when we review our sales pipeline together.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of TONIQ, our users, or the public.
Business changes. If TONIQ merges, is acquired, sells its assets, or moves its business to a new entity, information may transfer to the successor.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies or similar identifiers to measure how the Site is used. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, so this data is used for analytics only. The Site does not run advertising or retargeting tags.
To opt out of Google Analytics, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or block cookies in your browser settings.
6. How long we keep information
We keep demo request information until you ask us to delete it. Section 7 explains how to ask. Google Analytics keeps analytics data for the retention period we have set in that service.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information or to stop contacting you. Email privacy@toniqinsights.com from the address you used on the form, or write to the mailing address in section 12. We may confirm your identity by replying to that address.
We act on requests within 30 days. After you ask us to stop, we will not contact you again about your request.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send over the internet.
9. Age
The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us information, email privacy@toniqinsights.com and we will delete it.
10. Where information is processed
TONIQ operates the Site from the United States and aims it at users in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or in other countries where they operate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The updated version takes effect when we post it, and the date at the top changes. If you keep using the Site after that, you accept the update.
